Betsey Chesler firmly believes that "the world is a very big place filled with human beings that need our help".

While actively participating in making positive change in the lives of many in South Africa, Ms. Chesler, managed to capture the natural beauty in her surroundings as well as the special moments and or expressions in a way that is true to her artistic style.
"I want my viewers to gain a better understanding of the needs of the world through my images. I want to be the voice each time I return home. "
